The service
LocalGrowthIQ helps businesses research public listings, reviews and websites; compare nearby competitors; review metrics and recommendations; organize actions; and generate reports. Available features, data sources, limits and refresh schedules may depend on your plan and third-party service availability.
The service is independent of Google and the businesses it analyzes. A listing, rating or recommendation does not imply endorsement, affiliation or authorization by those parties.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into an agreement, and permitted to use the service under applicable law. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that you authorize through your account and for managing access to your workspace.
You may use email and password or available third-party sign-in methods. Google sign-in is also governed by Google's applicable terms. Connecting a Google account does not grant authority to manage a business listing or represent a business you do not control.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect privacy, intellectual property and third-party service rules. Only submit information and website URLs that you are authorized to use for the requested purpose. Do not submit passwords, private account tokens or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass security or usage limits, probe private networks through website analysis, upload malicious content, disrupt the service, conduct unlawful surveillance or harassment, or use reports to misrepresent, impersonate or defame another business or person. Do not resell or redistribute third-party data beyond the rights you hold.
Your content and shared reports
You retain the rights you have in information you submit. You give us permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit that information as needed to operate the features you use, provide support and protect the service. This permission is limited to those purposes; it does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You decide whether to enable public report links and are responsible for the information you share and the recipients you choose. Anyone who receives an active public link can view or copy that report. Disabling a link stops future access through that link but does not remove copies held by others.
Public reviews, business listings, website content and other third-party material remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable terms. Access through LocalGrowthIQ does not give you ownership of that material. Our interface, software and brand remain protected by their respective intellectual property rights.
Data and AI limitations
Business information can be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Review metrics reflect the collected sample, which may differ from a platform's full review history or current totals. Website findings reflect the content our providers could access, and a missing observation does not prove a feature is absent.
AI-generated topics, summaries and recommendations can contain errors. They are decision-support information, not guarantees of revenue, ranking, customer behavior or any other result, and are not legal, financial or other professional advice. Check underlying evidence and independently review recommendations before acting, publishing them or making consequential business decisions.
Plans and charges
Free use is subject to the limits shown in the application. Creating an account or connecting Google does not by itself authorize a charge. If we offer a paid plan or a separately agreed subscription, its price, billing interval, renewal and cancellation conditions will be disclosed before you agree to pay. Any applicable mandatory refund or consumer rights remain unaffected.
The current application does not provide a self-service checkout. We may change future features or usage limits and will provide notice of material changes affecting an existing paid arrangement as required by that arrangement or applicable law.
Availability, suspension and termination
We may update, pause or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal requirements or third-party changes. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or continued access to every data source. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations or a material breach of these terms.
You can stop using the service at any time and contact us to request account closure and data deletion. Signing out, revoking Google access or archiving a business does not itself delete all stored records. Data retention and requests are explained in the Privacy Policy. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain a suspension or termination and allow you to contact us about it.
Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without promises that all information or outputs are complete, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for reviewing third-party information and AI output.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable mandatory consumer protections.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, processed, shared and retained, including Google sign-in and AI analysis. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms when using them; we do not control third-party websites or independently guarantee their availability or accuracy.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms and will display the effective date on this page. We will provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or legally required. If you do not accept updated terms, stop using the service and contact us about closing your account. Changes will not remove rights that you have under applicable mandatory law.
